A great location for travelling...

Liked: The location and the room were ideal. The staff were very friendly and were more than happy to help!
Disliked: The breakfast could have provided some more options for vegetarian/vegans.

I would stay again.

Liked: Nice Hotel, Clean, well located.
Disliked: Basic breakfast, everything was nice, clean, and fresh. No hot cooked breakfast

Nice hotel quiet area near...

Liked: Nice family room , comfortable beds and all areas were clean
Disliked: Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment as when we went down at 9 most of the food and drink were gone had to ask for these to be replenished would have hoped that this was done without having to ask maybe a little more attention needed

Exceptional

Liked: Set in a lovely neighbourhood with many nice restaurants, cafes and shops. Quiet in early August and pleasant to walk around.
Disliked: Nothing - staff were friendly, accommodating, and able to help with any queries (extra facilities like an iron / ironing board etc)

Infested with bed bugs

Liked: Walkable location for Gare Du Nord. But that's the only thing to like. I had a very unpleasant stay.
Disliked: I got bitten to shreds by bed bugs and had horrible swollen infected bites (over 20 all over my body). I had an early checkout and I reached out to the hotel to ask for a response to their actions in room 120 - not for personal compensation, but for the safety of future guests. I followed up on 3 occasions over a month period and had zero response. Disappointing. Lack of care. Beware.

The hotel was fine but...

Liked: The hotel is in a really convenient location with lots of great places to eat and drink nearby. The hotel is stylish and clean and located on a quiet street. The view from our window was of the old church and it was nice that the windows opened.
Disliked: The drain in our shower smelled awful and it made the whole room smell. We reported it three times to three different members of staff on the front desk and nothing was done despite us staying for 2 nights and the room being ‘cleaned’. One member of staff was pretty rude to us when we reported it. We also had to ask for body wash in our shower as it was empty when we arrived. There are better and less expensive hotels within a 5 min walk.
