Good stay, bad staff

Disliked: I missed my first night because of an emergency and I called them to keep my room for the second night, when I called on the 2nd morning a lady told me to check in at 3:00 pm. I was very frustrated bc I paid for two nights. I asked for the manager, he called me back and of course allowed me to arrived earlier. I hate talking to humans who seem to be robots!

Very good

Liked: We loved the pool and the restaurant. Staff was friendly and location was great. Beds were comfortable. Grounds were nicely landscaped.
Disliked: Bathrooms need to be refurbished. They were adequate and clean but need work.

Lousy

Liked: Nothing The room was shabby. Flimsy and outdated everything. It was obvious that there were many vacant rooms. An upgrade would have been appropriate. Also all night partiers were place right next to us. Never again. For $248 per night? Please

Liked: The Inn met my needs, good price and close to family in Pennington.

Liked: Loved the outdoor deck area. Beds and bathrooms were clean. Great for our overnight stay.
Disliked: Needs a bit of updating. Gloomy dark wood panelling.

Will never stay at the...

Liked: Granola bars or cheap pack of muffins and coffee maker in office. The only thing we liked was the location.
Disliked: Old and dated. For the price we paid would have liked an updated room. Had a hard time finding an outlet to charge our phones. Needed an outlet for a cpap machine, thank goodness it has a long cord. 2 out 3 lamps did not work. No outlets in bathroom. Toilet seat was broken, the shower leaked more from handle then having pressure in the shower head. Office called us to see if we wanted maid service, asked for just clean towels, were told we had to pick up in office ourselves, and just put dirty ones outside on the ground. Most of all, was hearing something ( like a mouse or rat) gnawing in the walls at night. Next morning seeing a mouse run around a trap outside.
