Liked: We were attending the Ebor festival at York races . The location was within walking distance and we could park the car £20 fee
Disliked: Nothing really save paying to park on their car park

Great base for exploring York.

Liked: Great location. Clean, comfortable room, nicely decorated. Had private parking facilities. Very helpful, super-friendly receptionist. The leaflet with recommendations for eating in York was appreciated.
Disliked: We couldn’t get standard Freeview channels (BBC, ITV, C4) on the TV to watch the news. Also, no instructions to connect to secure Guest WiFi, but receptionist provided. Maybe provide an info leaflet in room.

Disliked: No WiFi, no TV, we should have been told ,we sometimes work in the evening on the Internet, the Tv's have no aerial backup, so blank screens......disappointing .

Lovely place.

Liked: Great location, great staff. Good parking & modern, clean rooms.
Disliked: Breakfast not included. Room was super hot as the weather was very hot, there was fans out but they were a bit rubbish as a fan, we just removed the duvet and slept using only the duvet cover to help.
