Lovely room & staff but...

Liked: Room was lovely, bed was very comfy, not too soft or firm. Room was clean, bathroom was finished to a nice standard, nice smelling soaps provided too.
Disliked: To enter the building after a certain time you need to use the digital Yale lock which we found very troublesome. We were stuck outside in the dark for 20 minutes trying to get it to engage with us. We googled how to use it, try pressing the yale button, tried covering it with our palm, tried pressing other parts of the device, nothing. We were eventually saved by other guests coming in. I'd rather have an extra key than have to mess around with a device that doesn't need to be digitalised! (I'm 33 so it's not like I'm unable to use gadgets btw). The other thing that annoyed me was the TV wasn't linked to wifi and none of the channels were set up so the TV was rendered useless. There was no wifi code in the room and we were on the top floor so didn't fancy marching all the way downstairs to find it.

Liked: Breakfast was freshly cooked and served hot.
Disliked: Bathroom was a little small and compact

Disliked: The Staff everything was fantastic nothing to much bother at all.When we come back we would definitely stay here again Thank you Guys

Liked: We were attending the Ebor festival at York races . The location was within walking distance and we could park the car £20 fee
Disliked: Nothing really save paying to park on their car park
