New Haven Motel

It was my first visit...

Liked: Very pleasant staff on duty. My room was quite old but had been nicely refurbished and the standard of maintenance/cleaning was exceptional. It was also within 5 minutes walk of cafes and restaurants.
Disliked: The room information pack said continental breakfast was available - no breakfast was available and I had breakfast at McDonald's in Kelston Mall.Television reception was poor quality. I'm not sure of the reason for this but it didn't really matter as I mainly used the Internet which was fine.

Clean and comfortable :-)

Liked: Great location, clean and comfortable unit. Just a shout out to the housekeepers - they made the extra effort to arrange the toys on my daughters bed so nicely, she got a real kick out of that when we got back in the afternoon.

Liked: We all commented on how spotless and clean the place was. It was well stocked with tea, hot chocolate and coffee and we appreciated the little carton of milk.The beds were comfy and we enjoyed our stay.
Disliked: The look of the place was very dated, but we did expect that from the photos. The loft floor with kids beds didn’t seem 100 percent safe for young children due to the low railing next to the bed.

Liked: Just where we needed to be for our trip
Disliked: It was just perfect but the only thing I did not like was it was hard getting out onto the road

Liked: Loved the location from where our destination was, the rooms were comfortable the stuff were helpful.
