Liked: We used to stay at the New Haven 2-3 times a year visiting family and friends who lived nearby. It has always been a perfect place for us. This was like our second home for about ten years when living overseas. When we returned permanently to live, we had less need to stay until recently and the owner remembered us well and welcomed us warmly. A great location to all the amenities especially for a family of 5.
Disliked: Nothing. Has everything you need. If there is something, it's easy asking for assistance and it is always fulfilled.

Liked: Our recent 3 night (weekend) stay was EXCEPTIONAL. The Owner and Staff go above and beyond to ensure the comfort of guests. The units are extremely comfortable, warm/cosy and equipped with everything we needed and I could not fault the cleanliness of our 2 units. It was great to be greeted by staff that are friendly, smiley, and so helpful. Fresh towels, tea towels etc and daily servicing of the units (if we wanted) is a big plus, as not many motels like to offer this. New Haven Motel is our new ‘go to’ when we are in town and New Lynn location suits the people and places we like to visit.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike about New Haven Motel.
