A lovely hotel, with fantastic...
Liked: Great staff, brilliant building and rooms, food delicious.
Disliked: Bar prices! Asked for a G&T, was served a £12.50 drink! There were cheaper gins, but because I didn’t specify, they chose to serve me a £9 shot.

The perfect country hotel getaway...
Liked: Even before we arrived Olivia was fantastic and made a point to call to check about our requirements and what we would be happy with, she arranged dinner for us and arranged a very sweet "Happy Anniversary" plate for our room. She also ensured that everything was set up for our baby to be joining us and made dinner reservations for us with special dietary requests all accounted for. After arrival she went above and beyond and was very attentive and welcoming at all times. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was nice with good amenities, it was a pleasant surprise to see that the room was air conditioned. The pool was lovely, nice temperature and easy to simply walk into. The gym was well equipped. The breakfast arrangements were excellent, notably better than many country hotels we have stayed in in the UK. The quality of both the continental buffet and the ordered hot menu were exceptionally good. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful to walk around and parking was plentiful and easy.
Disliked: Its a shame that the childrens hours for the pool were so limited, especially with fitting in breakfast it would be better perhaps if the childrens hours could be extended to 12pm.

Liked: Good leisure centre.Pleasant staff.
Disliked: Bedroom curtains frayed.Bathroom fan outlet very dusty.Dinner very average.Typical hotel sausages at breakfast. Only cooked on one side.Dirty trays from previous nights guests left in bedroom corridor till late in afternoon.
