Great place to stay.

Liked: Great place to stay. The room was spacious, love the service from the staff. It felt safe and especially for having parking with a gate. Love the free breakfast.
Disliked: The beds were a bit stiff but not too hard where I wasn’t able to sleep comfortably.

Great value overall compared to...

Liked: Loved having secure parking and the free breakfast was so fast and delicious. Staff was very nice and it was nice to have the ability to do check in starting at 1pm. Locations was great, right across from a Japanese market.
Disliked: Room was not spotless. Fridge made noise and kept waking me up during the night. Bed was not the most comfortable. Elevators were slow and had some issues.

Quiet and calm

Liked: Very quiet and clean. Plenty of parking and easy to navigate while being well secured. Breakfast was good and easy to get. Staff were all very nice. Beds were really comfortable, rooms were good size, and showers got extremely hot and had good water pressure. Able to see SoFi stadium from the window of my room which was our venue so super close, only about 15 minutes away.
Disliked: One of the elevators is out of commission but that was such a minor problem. And while there were no microwaves in the room, there were some for public use in lobby.

A comfortable stay with a...

Liked: Clean & spacious rooms, good bathroom toilet with bidet. Beds firm to my liking. Staff very respectful. Liked option of American or Japanese breakfast.
Disliked: Blank walls with no pictures

Very convenient location. Safe and...

Liked: Great area. Across Tokyo Central market. 18 min from SoFi stadium and Youtube Theater. Bidet was great and its thoughtful to have a mini fridge. We loved the complimentary Japanese breakfast. Rooms were spacious. Parking was complimentary and very secure.
Disliked: Furniture was a tad outdated. AC works and gets really cold but it does take a few hours initally after setting the temp to cool the room down. The “going down” elevator button wasnt working on the 5th floor; we had to enter elevator to go up a floor before using it go down.
