Exceptional

Better than expected.

Liked: For a two star hotel it is very good. Staff friendly. Rooms spacious. Clean. Very secure free car park with direct access to reception level. Toilet seat is very hygienic with water spray.
Disliked: Breakfast is not open buffet but you have a choice of western plate with eggs, bacon, tost, sausage, potatoes and ample coffee or Japanese plate. My western plate was good. It would give the guests more time if the breakfast had continued until 10:30 rather than ending at 9:30. One of the elevators was out of service but l guess it was a temporary situation. There is nothing serious that will stop me from booking at this hotel again.

Liked: All, except the elevators were out of order.Facility gave us notice prior to our arrival stated no cancellation fee will be charged if we choose elsewhere. Also offered discounted room rate for the reason. Honest and decent. I like this hotel very much and will stay next time definitely.
Disliked: Elevators are out of order.

Lovely stay!

Liked: I love the ambience, the staffs are nice and the hotel is clean. The breakfast is phenomenal!!

Convenient location, well designed room,...

Liked: Breakfast choice of Japanese or western. Included in room rate.Design of the room with space efficiently used. Toto washlet toilet.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the elevator was broken. But, hotel advised beforehand and offered a 20% discount.

Superb

Liked: A lot of parking in a gated and secured structure. Free breakfast.

My Favorite Hotel

Liked: My favorite place to stay in Los Angeles. The staff is great. I've stayed here numerous times and I was greeted with "welcome back!" on check-in. I love the free Japanese breakfast (the restaurant across the street charges close to $20 for the almost the same thing).
