Clean and comfortable but I...

Liked: The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Parking was free and secured. The attendant in the parking garage was very helpful.
Disliked: It was off-putting to be asked to sign a form accepting liability specifically for water damage to the room. I was confused why this would be necessary. I don't recall ever being asked to do this in a hotel before. Also, the bathroom didn't have a working fan and the window in the room didn't open making proper ventilation impossible. While I knew this couldn't result in moisture damage in just one day, it was concerning.

My favorite hotel in LA

Liked: For me, the location was great. Free parking is great. I love the complimentary Japanese breakfast. Although they don't offer much choice, the breakfast comes out hot and fast and is just as good as the Japanese restaurant across the street that charges $17 for a similar breakfast.
Disliked: The TV cable wasn't working...couldn't watch all of the channels (this probably is the fault of the cable company, not the hotel).
