Liked: The welcome staff who were extremely helpful when we needed help
Disliked: Pillows were not that comfortable.

Liked: Good location, staff where very helpful, room was nice and clean, bed was good
Disliked: Had problems with the air conditioner in room 1

Liked: Friendly and mature service, beautifully presented rooms, and we arrived on a cold night to find the heater on and our room at a comfortable, cosy temperature - a lovely thought by the manager.
