Pleasant

Liked: Clean room and Santos was helpful at reception for agreeing to free breakfast as compensation for the lack of airconditioning.
Disliked: The airco did not work and it was really hot. It was mainly the lack of communication and offering a solution about this that annoyed us. And now I read in the reviews that this problem has been there longer, so I dont feel like they take it / their guests seriously at all.

Quiet & comfortable

Liked: Quiet and comfortable. The sauna is really beautiful on rooftop. The staff is also extremely friendly
