Liked: clean, location, house keeper was nice. Gave me a bottle of water as I left.
Disliked: hearing people walk in the corridor

Liked: 200 metres from neutral bay ferry to go to circular key which takes 11 minutes20 minute walk to Kirribilli, plenty of eateries with the nicest food

Liked: The area itself is beautiful and it's well kept and organised. The facilities were very clean and everyone was very respectful. Just make sure you're prepared for hills if you're walking around.
Disliked: It's hard to tell what you'll get when booking, the rooms looked different and well lit online, and that might be what the upstairs rooms look like, but we were downstairs with the common areas. No issues with noise or being near the common areas, everyone was very respectful, but our room was incredibly humid with very little natural light. It almost felt like staying in a basement

Liked: Location, cleanliness, helpful staff, comfortable bed. Good size room, toiletries, tea/coffee making facilities.
Disliked: No computer for common use. A sink in the room would have made it much more convenient, rather than having to go to the bathroom for water & teeth cleaning.
