Liked: The room was not a beach view it was of the surfclub wall, and was a little hard to share with one bathroom. I probably should have checked that. Although the hotel was amazing and the location was the best you could get it was so over priced. Our friend lives locally and couldnt beleive what we paid per night.Have to say staff was amazing
Disliked: Papertowels weren't supplied in the kitchenette to assist with wiping down benches.

Liked: Location is fabulous - on the beach in a lovely part of Hastings street
Disliked: The rooms are old and toilet not private . It’s quite noisy too.

Disliked: Every morning at 5.00am we was woken up with people talking loudly and bottles being emptied and bins dragged along. This disruption lasted for about an hour.

Disliked: The cleaner in the morning in the in foyer at 4.30

Would not recommend or stay...

Liked: Room layout was good and convenient to walk on the beach. Rooftop terrace was a star experience to watch the sunset.
Disliked: You stated a preference during booking for a quiet room - 1st morning was woke by banging etc on the street, 2nd by restaurant deliveries being thrown on the ground, 3rd by drilling in the next room.
