Very good

Liked: The room had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable. Elevator was fast. Buffet breakfast was delicious!
Disliked: We would have rated this property a solid 10/10 as everything else about the stay was great. However, there was one incident that made us feel really uncomfortable.We had arranged and confirmed a late check-out (12pm) with reception at check-in. Despite this, at around 11am, a staff member opened our door without knocking and quickly left upon seeing us inside. It felt very invasive, especially since the bed faces the door and we were still resting.My partner went out to ask what was going on, and the staff member just asked, "Are you gonna check out?" After we explained we had opted for a late check-out, she simply walked away without acknowledging the mistake or offering an apology. We're not sure if it was a miscommunication between staff, but the situation made us so uncomfortable that we decided to pack up and leave early.Aside from this incident, we genuinely enjoyed our stay and feel it could have easily been a perfect 10/10. Hopefully, this feedback helps improve communication between staff in the future.

Liked: The staff at Nesuto were fabulous! Kind and welcoming and so helpful. The accomodation is more run down that the pictures show so that was somewhat disappointing! The breakfast was good and plentiful.
Disliked: The accomodation needs some updating and repainting
