Liked: Great location, friendly, accommodating and responsive staff. Lovely big and clean rooms. Beds were comfy!

Liked: Rooms were nice and lounge was large,
Disliked: Parking bad, I needed to carry my bags from up the road as I wasn't told about entrance/ short cut from behind the motel.

Has everything you need

Liked: The staff were incredible. Very friendly and extremely helpful. Great team of people. Our 2 room suite was clean and tidy. Very close to venue, Spark arena, supermarket, petrol station, many food options close by.
Disliked: In comparison to other hotels the amount of towels, shampoo and conditioner was a bit light for 3 people, yes we probably could have asked for more but we made do. Also first time ever in 25 years of staying in motels and hotels that there were no extra blankets or pillows anywhere.

Great location but a bit...

Liked: Amazing location within walking distance to the Viaduct, Sky Tower and Britomart station, which made getting around by train super easy. Loved the quick and easy booking and check-in process, plus the early check-in was a bonus.
Disliked: The hotel feels dated and could use renovation. The room was hot and stuffy, with a broken shower plug and exposed sink plumbing. The bed was uncomfortably hard, and road noise was quite loud.

Liked: great facilities & very clean, close to the venue as well
Disliked: the hotel has just recently changed names and the staff were still getting used to the new system so their were a few small hiccups but they handled it with great professionalism, well done
