Liked: Location wasn't too bad, dockland itself is pretty quite and supermarket just next to the building. Walking distance to Wharf.
Disliked: If you plan your holiday with public holiday, note that this hotel doesn't offer any services including room cleaning during this period. Room cleaning is only offered if booked in advance.. Unfortunately, nothing was advised to us at check-in, so it was quite inconvenient for us in terms of hotel service..After waiting for 3 consecutive public holiday days, we managed to prebook cleaning just to realise when we returned to the hotel in the afternoon they had forgotten our booking. So they apologised and offered to half clean our room with no new sheets(our bed sheets were dirty from Day 1, we thought these were replaced but no it didnt) and no more toilet papers either. Also, for the whole 5 nights we stayed, my husband had to get towels from the reception every single morning.
