Disliked: I have been many times and over the years the quality of the restaurant and the breakfast have declined. On top of it, I arrived to breakfast on Sunday at 10h25 and I was refused in a very unfriendly tone to serve myself!

Liked: Great location and really clean. The restaurant staff were wonderful.

Modern amenities in a historic...

Liked: Very nice , modern rooms. Breakfast is amazing, huge variety of continental and german breakfast foods. Parking can be a little difficult, but not problematic. Staff are very friendly.

Great location and caring staff.

Liked: Clean. Very convenient to extensive gardens, the Residenz Schloß, and the Innenstadt. Staff was very helpful.
Disliked: The hotel restaurant didn't offer it's dinner menu either of our two nights here - unable to handle a major event plus the dinner menu our first night, and too few guests to make the dinner menu available our second night. The first night we ordered from an abbreviated snack and lunch menu because we were worn out from travel. The second night we walked to a restaurant in the Innenstadt.
