Liked: Kind team who looked after our baggage for the day after check out
Disliked: Advertised as having electric kettle but sadly none and couldn't make a hot drink.

Excellent value in a great...

Liked: Friednly welcome. Simply decorated but clean and comfortable room. Very good location. Close to Place D'Italie Metro ( lines 5,6 and 7) adn the lively Butte Au Cailles quartier with many bars and restaurants.
Disliked: I've stayed several times at the Neptune and this was the frst time I was aware of other guests being noisy. I suspect this was because it is Augsut and the hotel is noticeably more busy.

Exceptional

Liked: Everything was good, the staff was always helpful and nice, the room was cleaned daily. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.Great value for money and the location is very good - 2 minutes from the metro and a lot of buses.
Disliked: Nothing

Comfortable and quiet

Liked: Only had breakfast once, but it was a very generous continental breakfast
Disliked: Would have liked an electric jug in the room to make tea or coffee

Liked: Location is great and has fantastic connectivity to different parts of Paris via multiple metro lines. The neighborhood is nice and has multiple eateries and bakeries (with some very good ones). The staff were also very nice and cooperative.
