The stay was OK but...

Liked: Mostly OK.
Disliked: No TV in the bedroom. Lounge was too low for my disability. No tissues. At the time of booking could not contact office by phone as I could not find a phone number on the website. The name of the park was not prominently displayed ( Gateway Holiday Park) until you actually drove through the gates.

Enjoyable time In Penrith.

Liked: Friendly and very helpful reception. Was made to feel very welcome. Went out of her way to be helpful. Lovely time In Penrith. Would recommend and if returning to Penrith I would stay again and happily recommend to anyone visiting.Mark.
