Spend a couple of days...

Liked: Nice,clean rooms with a good restaurant and a good selection of wines. Nice spa and gym.
Disliked: Location is off city center and within an industrialised area.

Comfortable and enjoyable

Liked: Staff is customer friendly and helpful. Kitchen is good and they have good wine. Reaching the center is very easy, both by foot (15-20 min walk) and by tram. A suggestion is to have signage also in English. Everything is in German. In addition it's a pity that the sauna opens late, it seems they still have Covid hours opening. Also maybe think to cover the passage between hotel and Spa facility, that would be a nice touch for the guests that uses the Spa.
Disliked: I would have appreciated the signage also in english and the opening time of the Spa earlier in the morning. Consider the parking place as benefit instead of pay parking.
