Liked: I liked all of it, the room, staff, Nespresso in the room, an in spite of infrastructure construction in the streets, it was quiet.
Disliked: I cannot think of a thing.

Liked: This is an elegant hotel with a great staff and a very nice restaurant. Location in Old Montreal is ideal.
Disliked: 1) Needs better lighting, especially in the bathroom. It made room feel dingy after a while.2) For Summer 2025 - street in front is torn up. To get to the front entrance you have drag your suitcase along a temporary sidewalk.

Liked: Great location. Only negative was construction started at 7am outside the building directly below my window and it woke me up . Very loud .

Liked: Staff was super friendly, we were upgraded to a suite at no cost. Room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Hotel is well appointed and elegant. Great location.
Disliked: Construction noise was present, but not at night and not too bad. Nothing can really be done about it so it's not the hotel's fault.

Disliked: The street construction together with the hotel construction was a disappointment. I was not informed beforehand that I would be walking through construction sites. I was not able to get room service. And I ran out of bathroom supplies.
