A wonderful hotel for a...

Liked: 1. Location: Right in the heart of Old Town, a ten minute walk from dozens of shops, restaurants, attractions, and the subway, which can whisk you away to points beyond.2. The decor: The lobby is impeccably stylish. We loved the mixture of the old buildings with the modern. The room had plenty of storage for clothes and the amenities were lovely.3. The staff: Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Lovely hotel but did notice...

Liked: Beautiful facility. Wonderful location. Great selection of restaurants.
Disliked: Had to be moved to another room late in the day as tv was not working. Second room tv not working properly. Think some maintenance may need to be addressed.

Liked: We checked in, then went to an event, got back late to find the air conditioning was not working! Luckily Elizabeth P on front desk took control of the situation and helped move us to a new room with air conditioning immediately.Enjoyed a good breakfast, and the roof top bar and the general decor and ambienceThe Head Concierge Jonathan Hug was helpful with directions, suggestions, restaurant reservations etcGreat Location
