Would no recommend a stay

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Noisy, wagging going on til 3am …we were in the path of thr elevator to rooftop dining … constant traffic Construction outside the hotel made it difficult to get there via car service

Very close to cruise terminal,...

Liked: Poor lighting in the corridor. The staff were great.
Disliked: Not enough towel racks, hated the shower, no pen/paper on the desk. A bellhop should carry the luggage upstairs - not the car attendant.

Liked: Very nice facilities. VERY nice bar though many more on roof in the great weather. The staff at front desk and door helpful. Room was outstanding!
Disliked: Wait staff on terrace on two different occasions were somewhat aloof and/or put-out a vibe of pretentiousness.Our sm group, two couples, were early to breakfast though not the first table. Service was SLOW non-attentive. Our waitress was polite, but as stated above… had a great self concept. Everyone following us were served before us, though we had excellent food.,. no acknowledgment of why the slow service and food arrival. Great venue !!! Thank goodness! The BEES were TERRIBLE …for lunch on the 16th and breakfast on the 17th !!

Stay in Old Montreal

Liked: The location is great although the street is under construction. The initial drive was tricky as the routes are changed due to detours.
Disliked: We were on the 5th floor. The rooftop terrace is also on the 5th floor. If you want a quiet room, do not stay on the 5th floor.
