Liked: There is a shower with a hose in the basement. For some reason it is hard to find a shower with a hose in Canada o_O

Liked: The location is great for downtown and it is what it sells itself as, cheap and not really a hotel. It's worth a stay if you're on a tight budget and want someone accessible to downtown. It's very close to a subway stop if you have baggage.
Disliked: The rooms are very hot and stuffy but there is a large fan in the room. Breakfast is very disappointing and I would recommend skipping as its 5 items most of which are sweet north american style breads.

Liked: The staff was amazing, super kind and always ready to help. Breakfast was also good. The private room was old, but still nice, big and comfortable.
Disliked: The room wasn’t really soundproof so you can hear people walking outside your door and the doors closing.

Liked: Great location. Easy to leave bags. Smooth check in and check out
Disliked: Bathroom was out of order so inconvenient to use other side.
