Good

Liked: Lovely location, tasty breakfast and friendly service
Disliked: Unfortunately our sleep was very disturbed by a very noisy neighbour throughout the night (we were in the annexe and the shopkeeper was outside our door talking loudly on the phone arguing past minute and then again inside the building at 2am but could it hear it loudly through the vent above the wardrobe. Not the hotels fault but highly impacted the quality of our visit sadly.

Superb

Liked: Clean, comfortable rooms, good breakfast, prime location, great staff!
Disliked: Small nuances here and there.Breakfast is good, but selection was not replenish during 5 days - so it declined every next day. For example, even simple olives, day 1 full ball, day 5 almost empty. Not even mention baked goods.Similar for room, day 1 coffee, few biscotti, following days - no biscotti; day 3, coffee was not provided at all (it was on the following day).

Fantastic -couldn't be more happy.

Liked: Great location, good rooms and comfy bed, excellent staff.
Disliked: Nothing.

Comfortable and clean

Liked: We loved everything ! The location of the hotel is great, it is about 5min walk from Pantheon. The room was big enoug and very clean. The bed was so comfortable. The staff were lovely and helpful. The 24/7 reception was also a big plus for us.
Disliked: The only thing I could complain about, if I had to, is the view of our room. But we already knew that when we booked, so it wasn’t a big deal :)

Perfect location to enjoy all...

Liked: The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Loved the location, it was central to all the sights and restaurants. Yet was quiet. The breakfast met my needs. Loved the free water bottle filling station. So appreciated on hot days.
Disliked: My only complaint was the bed was a little uncomfortable. I think the memory foam needed replacing.

Liked: The hotel is nice and comfortable, and the staff is kind.
Disliked: I can't say that anything really stood out. It's a good hotel!
