Disliked: Room was facing the wall! Not very clean in general. Only one elevator working , always waiting for elevator was annoying…

Disliked: We were a family of 6 and the double queen room was definitely compact. The bathroom was tiny, not much room for privicy. Every day we waited until about 5pm for our room to be made up and only ever got 3 towels. Our sofa bed wasn't made up when we arrived in the evening when they knew we were a party of 66.we only had beds for 4 people. Only 2 sundowners per room on the beach so we never went down and spent the day there. Instead we popped down at the end of the day when it was cooler. Only one lift was working our whole stay and even that broke one afternoon. Staying on the 7th floor wasn't ideal !
