Disliked: Disgusting. The AC units were gross. The shower was dirty and moldy. Some scrubbing bubbles and elbow grease would be useful. I realize they were doing renovations, but when we asked for a room closer to the front, the girl at the front desk was incredibly rude and walked into the back room and wouldn’t come out until we left the office. We just asked a question.

The Nautical Mile is always...

Liked: The location can't be beat! Close to everything but feels far away from the main road because of the way the resort is laid out.
Disliked: There were a couple small cleaning items we noticed but nothing worth complaining about
