Simple, Stylish & Modern apartment...

Liked: Great complex with terrific amenities inc the rooftop bar/restaurant, the IGA and the coffee shop. Having secure parking was also excellent. I arrived and departed after hours and the automated systems worked great.
Disliked: There are a lot of different lifts which can be a little confusing coming from the car park but you get used to it.

Would use again

Liked: Clean, modern, easy to use and access. Staff helpful and location was perfect.
Disliked: Mattress was abit worn/sunken on one side - otherwise perfect stay

Close to everything and comfortable...

Liked: I stay here on my regular trips to Perth because the location is great for me being close to the river, beach, Fremantle and Myaree shops. It’s always a comfortable stay and there’s always undercover parking available.
Disliked: It’s a little pricey but I guess that comes down to supply and demand.

Decent stay but probably wouldn't...

Liked: Good location, unit had everything you needed, very convenient having the grocery store and coffee shops across the road.
Disliked: We thought the complex has a pool, when you Google it, it has the address of 1 Silas Street and shows images of a pool, we went to reception and they advised there is no pool, I think that is very misleading. It is starting to age, a good paint would help the marked and scratched walls, there are a few stains on the carpet, bed was a little uncomfortable.
