Disliked: We got the room we booked and there was no oppurtinity to close the door to the bathroom. It was a sliding door and it did not really close, so no privacy. We asked for another room and got the only one in this hotel with a real door to the bathroom.

It was a good place...

Liked: The staff were very nice, the location is great, plenty of places nearby to eat and good public transport in walking distance, great breakfast choices and nice bar. The small refund because the pool was not functioning.
Disliked: The pool was not functioning and I chose this place for my grandson to experience because it had a pool so we were disappointed. However because I complained I was given a 5% refund on my stay which was very nice.
