Disliked: There was a little sound transfer from upstairs. And the main lights link to the bed head light. Nice if you could just have the bed head light.

It served its purpose

Liked: The bed was super comfy. The shower had excellent pressure & the room was enough (I only needed it to sleep & shower). The staff were super helpful & were very friendly on check-in. Thank you for making me feel welcome
Disliked: The only downfall was the lack of a kitchen sink (to get water for a cup of tea - just as well I brought my own water! as it is NOT okay to use the sink in any bathroom/toilet to fill up the jug as I'm Māori & I don't roll like that

Liked: Great location, love the decor and room was a good size with everything we need.
Disliked: The pool was very cold, and the spa wasn’t working. This was one of the reasons we booked this hotel so a bit of a shame to not be able to use it. Our shower took ages to get warm and then would go hot and cold.

Liked: Location and vibe were good.
Disliked: Rooms were too small. I paid for two nights but could only stay one as I was claustrophobic. No refund offered.
