Enjoyable stay

Liked: Good parking (paid) good location. Comfy beds. The staff were friendly and generally a nice place to stay.
Disliked: The hot water took a while to reach the rooms and the shower floods the entire bathroom because of its design.

Liked: Great location and tidy facilities, but the lack of attention to detail lets it down a bit.
Disliked: Bed wasn't that comfortable, a couple of the staff weren't that friendly, strange rule you're not allowed to order directly from the bar and have to wait until staff come to you.

Liked: I loved the vibe of this hotel! It was gorgeous and had the most comfortable bed of our whole New Zealand trip. The location can’t be beat because it’s in the heart of Cuba Street and was within walking distance of so many great restaurants, cafes and shops.
