Not worth it

Liked: It just was not clean enough, my allergies due to the hidden dust was at a max. The breakfast was tasteless and the staff were impersonal. Th Egyptian was tiny and pool only for apartment users.Will not stay again.
Disliked: I was just not clean enough. My allergies sue to hidden dust was at a max. Bathroom was tiny and furniture present was totally unnecessary. BreaKFAST TASTELESS and staff impersonal. The gym tiny and pool only for those in the apartment. Will not stay here again.

Exceptional

Liked: Love the vibe and the staff was delightful. Location was perfect for visiting our daughter at Victoria and experiencing Wellington. Walkable to everything and close to busses for things that weren't . Breakfast was awesome and our room was clean and comfortable
Disliked: If I have to nit pick I would say, needs new carpet in elevator, weird smell we assumed was from the that. Carpet in room was fine, just the elevator.

Nice hotel, could do with...

Liked: Love the decor, the rooms have comfortable beds, lollies at the reception for kids
Disliked: Pool needs some love and care, access to pool has to be by a special key? Wasn’t communicated when checking in. Room was only supplied with 2 towels when booked for 3 guests. Had to call for another. Used app to order room service, ended up calling 30 mins later, apparently didnt work but did receive confirmation. Phone didnt seem to be working on the front desk, receptionist couldnt hear me

Over all, good place to...

Liked: Great location—around the corner from Cuba Street, so handy to restaurants and shops. Walking distance to the quay. The interior design of the hotel is so cool! I like the size of the room, it's quite spacious.
Disliked: The only minus to me was the bed - it wasn't comfy to me, too soft, not enough back support.
