Liked: We had a very nice dinner and in the restaurant. The reception staff were helpful and friendly. However, the restaurant wait staff seamed tired and despondent

Liked: Modern, comfortable, clean, location
Disliked: The description stated there is a shuttle. There is NOT! This was VERY disappointing. We ended up spending an additional $110 for transportation to and from the airport/hotel. This was not acceptable.

Liked: Complimentary snack and drinks in my room! The amenities pack! The free parking! The ambience.
Disliked: Lock on the door inside handle was broken. Safety at night in the room by myself. One light switch not working.

Disliked: Multiple sources of noise throughout the night. Bed was not the most comfortable. Difficult to adjust room temperature.
