Wouldn’t stay again

Disliked: Not soundproof. Person in next room attempt to open adjoining door in the late evening

Disliked: The bed was very, to too, firm/hard.

Finally settled in

Liked: On arrival the staff were friendly and helpful. I waited for over 3.5 hours until my room was ready. I was offered a waiver for 2 days carpark. Other than waiting this long, the staff were attentive in keeping me updated of when the room will be available.
Disliked: The room was not ready for over 3.5 hours, check in at 2pm. The room was ready at 5.45pm. I travelled from overseas and just wanted to rest up.

Yet again ...

Liked: This is our third stay at Naumi and we have been pleasantly surprised by the level of service provided each time by the different team members we deal with ... clearly they are doing something right as we keep on coming back ✨ We always get the breakfast included so we can start the day right without hassle and their airport shuttle service helps get us to or from the airport at the start or end of our trips.
Disliked: One thing different this trip was the charge for parking our rental vehicle which I have not paid in the past ... unsure when this change came about but it was affordable.
