Fantastic location and stay!

Liked: Great location! Right next to the university and parks, but easy to walk to Victoria Markets and the city. Really nice facilities, the room was very clean and quiet. Will be staying here again when I return to Melbourne! Right next to a great Cafe, and the restaurant looked amazing!

Convenient for the Uni &...

Liked: The room was spacious enough and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom/ensuite was more modern than I was expecting. Dinner in the pub in the evening was also good; the menu contained a good number of selections. I chose Naughtons as I was visiting a son at the Uni so the location was ideal. I thought parking might be a problem but I parked on the street without issues, even though I was technically outside of the limits.
Disliked: I would have liked to have the option of breakfast in the hotel, but it doesn't open until midday. There is a nice cafe just down from Naughtons along Morrah St (Cnr of Morrah & Wimble streets) which did a decent breakfast, so I used that. It is only a couple of minutes walk.
