Liked: Check in was easy, bed was super comfortable, side entrance to hotel stairs leading to room was great and room on side street was very quiet, Bathroom was excellent, and location was so close to Grattan St Hospitals.

Liked: The property is basic—just right for an overnight stay. Dinner was great at the pub downstairs. Due to the business below, I wouldn’t recommend this place for those wishing for a quiet early night. Overall, it’s a great location for those needing to stay within walking distance to the nearby RMH/Peter Mac/Education precinct.

Liked: Comfortable room, nicely renovated in a quaint old building above the pub. Good heater in the room. As I was there to attend a conference at the uni nearby, the location was perfect.
Disliked: It was a bit noisy as my room was situated directly above the pub & the outside seating on the street. Fortunately no noise after 11pm on the Thursday. Would have loved a full length mirror as there was plenty of wall space available, & also more hanging options for towels.
