Liked: The advertising was misleading — we believed all the facilities were located in one area, but in reality, we had to drive from one place to another. In addition, during our stay, we experienced an electricity issue, and they had to call maintenance from another property, which caused a significant delay.

My stay was relaxing and...

Liked: It was located in downtown so easy to find. The little lagoon they had there was awesome and the waterfall . My kids loved it!!! Loved that zoo tickets came included with stay. And we loved the big land of natura lake!!!
Disliked: First night people partied till 5 in the morning very very loud , i think there needs to be a noise ordinance after a certain time as people are going there to relax and rest. The bathrooms were sometimes clogged , floor in the cabins should be swept and mopped prior to arrival of guest.

I love the all inclusive,...

Liked: I liked the location of the resort, the pools/hot tubs/lagoon/outside the resort slides, tickets to the wildlife and the land of natura. I love the all inclusive package and ability to explore other things. This was our second time around, and we knew our way around better.
Disliked: Things that can improve on is the staff directions for rooms and such and the feeling of cleanliness of the rooms. We didn’t know there was a second building, and we were running around. It would help for staff to pull the map out and circle where our room was. Secondly with this being the second time staying here, our room was in the basement with very dim lights and dark hallways. The carpeting was dark and seemed unclean. The rooms had very thin walls and you can hear everyone. It was a good experience, but I am not sure I would come back.

Liked: Tree house was cute i wish there was a handicap accessible option though
Disliked: That every activity was scattered hard to figure out everything
