Price was okay, but would...
Liked: The interior lobby was very attractive. A second level balcony was nice. A room that we wanted was not available, so we were given one upgraded room.
Disliked: This is not a handicap friendly facility. There was not enough room in a regular bathroom for a wheelchair. Made it very difficult. Also, the front entrance doors to the hotel are not handicap accessible. We wanted a dinner, which was listed on the website, but were told that there was no longer a restaurant on the premises. They had no food options. The Keurig coffee maker did not work in our room. We called down to the front desk for another one, or a cup of coffee, and were told that the housekeepers would not be at work until after 730am. Also, told us they did not have a coffee service in the lobby. The beds did not have any type of mattress cover and only one thin sheet between the mattress and your skin. Very strange because most hotels always use mattress pads. The rooms needed to be remodeled and there was not enough light in the rooms and each light had to be manually turned on and off. The curtain was pulled off the top hook and left a gap in the curtains when shut. Carpet was less than spotless. The luggage carts were not easy to handle. Big and bulky. One small elevator for a crowded hotel.

A real treat of a...
Liked: The friendly staff; the decor; the lobby and bar (thanks for the drink coupons!); the location; the guests including their sweet, well-behaved doggies; the facilities and amenities; the incredibly comfortable bed!
Disliked: Elevator had issues, super slow.

Extremely disappointed with the poor...
Liked: I had previously stayed at this hotel and enjoyed it enough to plan future visits bringing my family. The pool area is awesome. This past visit definitely changed my mind about the future stays.
Disliked: I made the reservation through booking.com. I specifically asked to not be by the road as there is a grate that had kept me awake the previous stay. I asked and checked with the 3 people at the front desk as I checked in that I would not be by the grate. I was given a room where you could not directly see the grate I asked not to be by but it was there. There were stickers on the wall from a previous guest and all the toiletry bottles were empty in the shower. The morning Manager was of absolutely no help and did not resolve any of the issues.
