Liked: Rooms clean, staff friendly.
Disliked: Rooms lacked bars of soap for the bathroom sink; sink would not drain; no creamer or coffee provided in room.The pool area was dirty, with dirty towels strewn everywhere. The pool evidenced numerous floating balls of hair,and litter in the water. Pool deck outside was dirty and needed sprayed down.

Liked: Hotel, native American style.
Disliked: Staff didn't honor our reservation. Gave us the wrong room. Gave us the run around, I asked to speak with the manager and they kept saying he wasn't in, wouldn't call him either. Dogs barked all night,

Overall, I would stay here...

Disliked: I didn’t like that there wasn’t breakfast in the morning and that the elevator broke but a few flights of stairs were good for me.
