Don’t go! Bed bugs!

Liked: It looked nice, but it our room was NOT clean enough!
Disliked: Bed bugs! Horrible bed bugs! My husband was completely bit up. We took 1 of our own pillows, and didn’t realize until we had been home 2 nights that the bed bugs came HOME WITH US!!! We’re still washing, freezing, and or spraying EVERYTHING in our room-pillows, comforter, mattress, carpet, clothes, etc. All from 1 pillow! We think they’re gone! Way too much work! I’d never stay there again. And all they did was apologize as we checked out, and say they’d inform housekeeping. They’ll have to treat the ENTIRE room!

Lovely location

Liked: Lovely parkland setting--this would be a great place for a conference or retreat. Nice rooms, great decorating! Decent location for being north of Columbus, convenient to restaurants, groceries, etc.
Disliked: Construction meant it got a little noisy in the morning. I wish breakfast had been included, but that wasn't too big of a deal.

We would recommend this facility...

Liked: The property was beautiful, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was superb! The pool was warm in the fitness center had plenty to do. It was a great value and nice grounds. People were very friendly.

Liked: The rooms were very nice. The pub and the bartender at the pub were awesome. The location was very convenient.The staff at the front desk was simply amazing. It’s very hard to encounter pleasant employees at most establishments these days. Both at check-in and checkout, they were exceptional.
Disliked: Everything was great

Disliked: The breakfast buffet was not worth the cost.

Liked: The space in the room and clean facilities
Disliked: The space was a bit dusty and there were noisy neighbors after quiet time
