Beautiful, quirky and well maintained...

Liked: Beautiful, quirky and well maintained. This historic building perfectly blends historical charm with modern amenities. I travelled with my family and had two rooms, one suite and one double, and they were both very comfortable and clean. We had some great drinks in the bar, a nice dinner in the restaurant, and slept well without any supernatural disturbances. Overall a positive experience.
Disliked: As I was parallel parking our car behind the hotel in the space assigned to me by the receptionist, a person waiting in a car behind me gave me the finger. After we had both parked our cars I curiously asked them what I did wrong, but they just said “so typical of a man”, gave me the finger again and walked away. They went in through the staff entrance, and i later saw them working in the restaurant. They obviously must have known that i was a guest at the hotel when they saw me parking, which makes their erratic behavior remarkable.

Disliked: Size of room.. no storage.. music playing outside the window all day..no coffee in room. No wardrobe or drawers

Liked: Loved the historic charm, the beautiful and thoughtful details, art and decor, and just the overall vibe. Also really enjoyed the complimentary coffee and balcony access in the mornings.
Disliked: There was nothing I did not like. Loved it!!

Liked: the decor was fabulous. went back in time.
Disliked: the stairs were challenging for 2 old people. motorcycles and dogs were annoying. town shuts down on Mondays around 2pm.

Liked: We liked the atmosphere, it was antique feeling and different in a good way.
Disliked: It was loud, the walls are thin, and the hallways are noisy. It is hard to sleep because you can hear everything outside your door.
