Comfortable, clean, excellent value

Liked: Very clean, quiet, comfortable. Novel to be able to see live badminton. Delightful staff. Excellent breakfast. Options for plant based guests.
Disliked: Would be nice to have a vegan option for food.

Great staff, very clean and...

Liked: We used it as a base for Silverstone which was around 20 mins from the property. It was very clean, modern and the walk in shower was excellent. The staff are really friendly and helpful; we couldn't fault the service. Accommodation is about a 20 min walk to some restaurants, 10 mins more and you are in the centre of MK. Excellent value for money and included breakfast which was pretty good. FREE PARKING.
Disliked: The pillows weren't great and we weren't able to watch the TV in the room as the signal was constantly dropping out. Coffee with breakfast was chargeable which seems a little odd.

Peaceful and relaxing.

Liked: I asked for a quiet room with opening window on the upper floor and received a confirmation of those requests in minutes. Our room looked onto a grassy area with trees which was lovely. The room was a good size, wonderfully clean with a huge bed. Breakfast was good and you could pay more for a decent cup of coffee. The whole place was very clean and quiet. I would be happy to return especially at the price we paid.
Disliked: Nescafe ... would have liked real coffee. The door to the rooms were very noisy but the place did not seem very busy so it was bearable. The only real downside was the thin walls between rooms.

An unusual place to stay,...

Liked: I was not sure what to expect as we have never stayed in a place like this before. We found it a very interesting place to stay, watching the England badminton players train, and looking round the museum there on site. Staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast good, rooms clean. Looked around Milton Keynes shopping centre, well worth a visit. I think good value for money.
Disliked: There was nothing to not like here that I could see, other than the false information that you could play table tennis here. This is wrong, you cannot play table tennis at the Badminton centre.
