Excellent
Liked: Nicely managed hostel and god place to socialise. Located near to city center with attractions at a walking distance. Staff also very welcoming and helpful. Common kitchen.
Disliked: Being located on main road, vmtraffic noise can sometime be a problem. In my case it was not an issue.

Disappointing
Disliked: The hostel is nice, but they have some poor logistics due to a few things I've experienced. I'm not mentioning them all but just the worst of them all, and it's that I got charged an extra night at almost twice the price as previously stated. The story is as follows: I sent them a message 5 days before my check-in date which literally says, "Can I please extend my stay one more day," which they replied to on the same day saying, "No problem at all." After that, they sent me an email which apparently I didn't read properly because at the bottom it said, "Would you like us to charge you for this extra night?", and so I never confirmed with a response. When the day came, they told me I never confirmed and that the night cost had changed, so I had to pay a lot more.I understand I didn't read the email properly, BUT I am already confirming my stay by literally asking you in my first message, "Can I please extend my stay one more night." Of course I'm gonna pay the extra night, why would you ask me again? We as travellers have a lot of things in our minds to keep checking messages from the same accommodation to confirm and confirm the same thing over and over again. I have like 5 different accommodation bookings at the same time... And if you're really scared of charging my card, why don't you just take the time to call me? It's as simple as that, and it's part of doing your job properly. After paying and getting ripped off, I left the office REALLY mad and without saying a word as otherwise it was gonna go really bad, but this is VERY serious as you're playing with people's money and needs. The person responsible of this from beginning to end was Rosario, from Argentina, and she is an assistant manager.
