Our stay was good. Location was prime - view was beautiful. Bed was comfy and the room was clean. The knob for the shower was broken so there was one temperature for water - extremely hot! I did let the staff know and they were going to address it.

Liked: View; location; staff was informative.
Disliked: Wi-Fi only worked outside on the patio. Shower.

Liked: Great. Quiet and convenient. Will always stay there.

Even though everything isn’t perfect...

Liked: Room was large and clean. As with most hotels now, they don’t clean during your stay. Tv has very limited stations. Restaurant has the best food in the lakes district BUT extremely loud. The view is better if you stay in the rooms on the lake.. the rooms across the street have just an ok view, since there are alot of obstructions.water pressure good.
Disliked: Tv stations very limited. Shower curtain should be replaced with a door as the rod was sagging so curtain didn’t work . Lamp shades should be replaced as they were badly stained.

Liked: Beautiful area, the staff are amazing, the live bands were wonderful the food at the restaurants was beyond delicious. A free memosa at breakfast was a bonus 😋
Disliked: Spots of blood on my Comforter. the staff deeply apologized.

Liked: I asked for a view room as it was our anniversary but they were booked. The front desk gave me a coupon for 15% off Dinner and two free mimosas for breakfast, instead. The housekeepers also put swan towels with rose petals on our bed. Which was very nice and unexpected. Great beach and beach bar by the river. Very good restaurant; great breakfast. Fun bar!
Disliked: Rooms are a bit small but it is an older resort.
