They don’t forgive your mistakes

Liked: Located in the very center of the city, close to the University, in a historic old building. Large bed and comfortable pillows. Breakfasts and restaurant service deserve praise
Disliked: Perhaps it was my mistake, but when I initially made the reservation, I entered the wrong dates for booking the two rooms. We arrived at the hotel a day later than our reservation and were forced to pay again on the spot for both rooms. We ended up paying twice for the same service. The management refused to apply our payment to the following night, even though rooms were available. Let their greed weigh on their conscience
