Great location; all staff members were friendly, particularly the valet and front desk.

Disliked: They assigned us a room on the third floor with the ventilation system outside the window - what a roar..

Disappointing Experience

Liked: The employee who checked us in was wonderful. Very kind.
Disliked: We were told there was a pull out couch in the room for our third guest. When we got to the room, this was not the case. It was simply just a long couch to sleep on. We asked several times for an extra blanket for it and never received one "because one couldn't be found." Our third guest was not comfortable. The pillows are also horrible. Also, with construction going on, the hotel was extremely inconvenient to get to. Overall, I would say it was a disappointing experience, especially being a Marriott.

Not a budget friendly place.

Liked: It was a Convenient location, just a short drive to Broadway and highways. Loved the holiday decorations.
Disliked: With the rate for the room, paying an additional $45/day for parking, paying for access to wifi and breakfast was crazy! Not worth the cost. When requesting vehicle from valet, wait time was up to 30 minutes at certain times.
