Messy

Disliked: We had two rooms booked , one for me and my husband and one for my son and his new wife. Bills were paid and we were going to my son’s wedding so they gave us our key and their key . After the wedding we went to our rooms and when my son and his new wife opened the door there was another couple in there room ! On their honeymoon night!! Eventually they sorted the mess out but what a horrible start to a honeymoon

Liked: Great parking. Close to the train station. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. The bistro meal was great.
Disliked: No issues at all with the Hotel or amenities

Liked: Location was perfect for us, staff were brilliant
Disliked: Room needed updating wasn't most comfortable, and builders started drilling in the morning right next door, which is not a problem if they warn you to expect it
