Great property with a few...

Liked: A beautiful property located just off one of the main streets in Oak Bluffs. Easy walking distance from the ferry and to restaurants, shops and the wonderfully named "Reliable Market" supermarket. We had the honeymoon room which has its own small balcony over the entrance porch - a beautiful room! The decor of the whole property is clean, fresh and appealing.Wonderful and very friendly staff. They even let us borrow some folding chairs to take to the beach.
Disliked: Uncomfortable bed (maybe just our age LOL). Our room only had net curtains, and facing the road this is somewhat of a privacy issue at night - we had to get changed in the ensuite bathroom. No tea/coffee in the room. Would suggest swapping the (tiny) TV for a coffee maker. There is no room to eat breakfast other than the tables and chairs on the veranda outside. This is OK in fair weather, but we had a rainy day and had to eat off our laps on the sofas in the entrance hall.

The staff was wonderful and...

Liked: If you want to stay in a gingerbread house, this is the spot. Very close to downtown restaurants and shops. And a short walk from the ferry.
Disliked: We wish the TV was bigger, lol‼️

Room disappointing , overpriced,hosts very...

Liked: The hosts Omar and Chavel could not have been nicer and accommodating. Very kind and made delicious breakfasts. The almond poppyseed cake that Omar baked was incredible.
Disliked: The room was so small , could not even put both suitcases on the floor. The linens were very tired. The stairway to the upstairs were very steep and felt unsafe. Staircase also not clean, walls, trim floor unsanitary. I felt for the money the room was way over priced.
