Quaint, cozy, wonderful!

Liked: The location was fantastic, the building is gorgeous, and the room was cozy. Breakfast was great and the staff was incredibly helpful and allowed us to leave our bags.

We had an excellent weekend...

Liked: Excellent location, had the charm of a historic property but was very well maintained like a newer one, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Loved it

The location was amazing! So...

Liked: Breakfast was ok but that’s it. The bread was often stale (hard) and the selection decreased over the length of our stay.
Disliked: We had a kitchen the but no utensils! Not even a glass!

Great bed and breakfast would...

Liked: Great location in a quiet area and walking distance to everything in Oak Bluffs. The staff was so wonderful and responsive to all our needs.
Disliked: The room was a bit small and it was a bit cold. The humidity was in the room nothing would dry.
