An affordable central location to...

Liked: It was close enough to walk to beach and 5th street shopping. A long walk, but walkable. I like that it is not a hotel chain and that I am supporting independent business. It is very clean and comfortable beds. Good amenities in room like fridge, microwave, hairdryer, hangers ironing board etc. The staff is very, very friendly and eager to answer any of your questions. Free parking too!
Disliked: My room was right next to the vending machine/ice machine and the stairwell so if you need quiet, request a room away from those areas.
