Liked: Easily accessible and within walking distance to the beach and several really good restaurants. Helpful staff that offered beach towels, chairs and umbrellas!

This is a great place...

Liked: This hotel is an old Florida treasure. Very clean and very much remodeled. The beach is a five minute walk. There is no parking at the beach. Highly recommend staying here. The parking is free at the hotel.
Disliked:  it’s not that I didn’t like it. However, the pool is small and the area around the pool is very limited.

Liked: Clean and room was pretty clean
Disliked: Breakfast was disappointing. Continental nothing they closed up at 9:25 am no coffee had to go to the lobby to get some Poor selection

Excellent little hotel/motel in a...

Liked: Room was clean and spacous with 2 double beds and a small kitchen area. Location was superb being 8 min walk from 5th Ave. Also 50 mtrs from 2 great restaurants either side of the hotel.
Disliked: Nothing. it is really more a motel than a hotel but very good and very good value. We would stay there again

Liked: Location, Location, Location. Within walking distance of everything. Hotel room was a good size, clean and well equipped. There was a mini kitchen with everything you might need. Staff were friendly and helpful. The pool, while small was clean and well kept. Chairs and beds available to relax on. I recommend this Hotel for a stay in Naples.
