Liked: The location
Disliked: I had to change rooms 2 times because the sheets smelt. The HVAC system totally did not work. I could not sleep all night because it was so cold I was shivering and person at front desk at 4 am acknowledged there was deferred maintenance in the rooms. But no heat and shivering all night was totally unacceptable. I did speak with the property manager earlier in the evening about the smell in the sheets. In the morning at check out I asked for a telephone call to discuss this, NO call. I left 2-3 internal emails on their survey system which we not responded to. Today I left another message in their FB page or Instagram, I get confused with social media as in 60 an not computer savvy. This was the absolute worst hotel stay I have ever had and I have traveled worldwide.The public spaces are attractive and the employees quite nice. I would appreciate them knowing that you should not expect to run a business like they do and remain in business. The great part of yesterday was checking out and having a Devine afternoon at the Ritz fir a delicious lunch and afternoon shopping. That?s the place to stay in Naples or next time at The Naples Beach Resort.

Never recommend Naple Grande again
Disliked: Yes, I used to love this property. I understand during COVID, there would be changes. The Hotel should prepare guests for the following. Only breakfast is coffee, yogurt, a fruit cup, and a muffin. 2 mornings; they wer\e out yogurt and eggs. The rug was dirty. I paid extra for a day of cleaning. The cleaning was poor. I was up all night with someone above me. "It sounds like moving his bed." The red tides are so bad that you cannot go on the beach when you walk on the boardwalk. The hotel should warn you about this issue. They know in advance how awful it is. I will never book this hotel again, and I will tell my friends to go elsewhere. During COVID, half of the staff wore their masks below their nose. The TV channels work 1/2 of the time. Could not get HBO and other stations. the front desk was good

Liked: Clean, inviting, friendly.
Disliked: They would not give Florida residency discount since I booked through this site. Charged $18 for me to self park. Did not supply secure WiFi. I think it?s a beautiful place with friendly staff but they charge for everything. Not even a free breakfast.

Disliked: No room when everything in Florida is open to 100% capacity. Restaurant only open for breakfast. No diversity for food. Pool no food diversity. Extremely limited non healthy food. Inside bar open with only a few Asian snacks. So, basically very little food, that forced you to dine elsewhere except for breakfast.

Disliked: The heat in our room never actually heated. When you put the thermostat on 75-80 and it still feels the same, something is going on.
