Liked: Centraly located to downtown 5th Ave and beach. Good value for the cost. Clean rooms.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike considering the cost, location, and comfortable rooms.

Overall stay was nice. Good...

Liked: Woman in reception was so nice. Got us a free upgrade for room beside pool. Pool area was nice and room was great too.
Disliked: Breakfast. Was not much to choose from.

It was ok,

Liked: The rooms need a good painting and an upgrade
Disliked: Our rooms lights were horrible specially over the sink where women use for putting makeup on, the rug had what looked like cigarette burns and the bottom of the bathroom door was falling apart
