Disliked: Old property Overpriced

Pleasant stay

Liked: Clean and nice room, lobby, patio (with fire tables). Reception desk person helping us was very friendly and professional. Breakfast in the bistro was very good and well-served.
Disliked: The only problem was that we were charged extra for "resort" services that we never used. Also, body gel and shampoo dispensers design made it difficult to receive products on towelette.

I would not return.

Liked: The dart boards were fun
Disliked: Location - literally on the wrong side of the tracks. Looks (and runs) like a Motel 6 from the outside - . Honestly a bit disappointing. Very slow service in the restaurant. Dodgy neighborhood.

Just a little more organisation

Liked: Friendly staff. Easy access from the highway.
Disliked: Make sure to book a Spa in advance. It's always full as the Spa facilities are too small for the size of the hotel. Could it be better with priority for hotel guests??.. It's a little bit outdated.

Wouldn’t go back

Liked: Bed was comfortable but wouldn’t come back.
Disliked: The hotel is basically in a parking lot / garage. It had more of a motel feel than a hotel. Basic bar and restaurant, aesthetic was a lot like a motel and far from the wineries. The spa also had a $50 entry fee to use the sauna and didn’t open til 10am
