Liked: Beds were comfortable and I had a quiet room. The service in the restaurant was good, very friendly. There was a wine and s'mores hours, which was a nice activity.The manager is also very responsive and helpful at addressing concerns if any come up.
Disliked: This hotel does not have a spa, it's a completely separate company so the "& Spa" in the name is misleading. The Spa is next door and you have to pay $50 as a hotel guest to just use the steam room. The Spa facilities listed on booking.com do not exist without extra payment.They charged me the resort fee when booking.com already so be careful when you check out to ensure you don't get charged again.Make sure you hang the "privacy please" sign at all times or housekeeping may wake you at 9am, no matter how much wine you enjoyed in Napa.

Liked: The location felt quite remote, with very few walkable options nearby. Although it’s advertised as a resort, it felt more like a standard hotel. The food was underwhelming, and it was disappointing that there was no hot tub.
