Thank you so much...had a nice stay. Walking distance to the Uptown was the reason we stayed. The location to restaurants, bars and shopping was very convenient.

Liked: Location was awesome. We were early, but they had a nice room for us. Parking in the complex was a bonus.
Disliked: No negatives.

This place is screaming for...

Liked: Location is excellent and close access to walk around downtown Napa.
Disliked: The rooms are dated and in poor condition and the outdoor areas are substandard. The stairs are unsafe and the walkways on the second floor are difficult to navigate.

Napa's Quaint Jewel

Liked: Staff were great even gave us an upgrade for our stay. Very informative and gave us a map with a tonne of locations to check out.Has a outdoor elevator to get your luggage up to the second floor balcony Great covered parking if you get there earlier then others.Very comfortable floating bed and nice bathroom space.
Disliked: Elevator takes it time to move when you call it but i wouldn't knock the rating down for that. Always a stair case next to it if you need to run down the srairs

Exceptional

Liked: Front desk staff was great funny guy and was very knowledgeable i forgot his name but he mention to us he was going to see George Lopez the night we stayed. kids loved the pool our stay here was exelent.
Disliked: the only thing i could say bad about this was the parking went out to a late dinner with my spouse and when we returned there was absolutely no parking we ended up having to park our car on the street about a block away. other than that it was a great stay.

Excellent stay at the Napa...

Liked: Excellent location, and Gary who works at the front desk provides EXCELLENT customer service. He is amazing!!!
Disliked: This is a little thing....there were no cups in our room for coffee.
